When evaluating bathroom design, think first about the intended use for the bathroom. For example, a master bathroom needs to be designed differently than a guest bathroom or a convenience bathroom. Look at the bathroom in question and write down a detailed description of how the bathroom will be used. It is not enough to simply update or replace the existing bathroom elements – you should step back and consider the overall design of the bathroom, too. If it is not functional or could be improved with a design change, it is worth your while to make those changes.
